Foraging Chefs Adventure na Visão
“Em português, foraging é recoleção, uma prática dos nossos antepassados, com milhares de anos, que significa procura de recursos selvagens”. Aliás, entre nós, já muitos o praticam, na primavera e no outono, quando saem à procura de cogumelos. Mas há outros “foragers”. Quem nunca foi pela mão da mãe, do avô ou da tia apanhar amoras, mexilhões, lapas ou algas? “Isso é foraging”.

Indeed, among us, many already practice it in the spring and autumn when they go out looking for mushrooms. But there are other "foragers". Who has never been for the hand of the mother, the grandfather or the aunt to pick up blackberries, mussels, limpets or algae? "That's foraging."
